Basic Ingredients to Have on Hand for Dairy-free Condiments and Sauces

Hello Friends!

I have been mostly dairy-free for about 10 years now. Wow!

For those of you who are on this journey you probably, like me, crave creamy sauces and condiments for dishes that traditionally have this type of accouterment.

Well, I can happily share that over the years I have developed some super yummy and simple recipes to satiate this craving; and for many of us the need for healthy fats.

So, make sure to have these basic ingredients on hand as they are used often in my recipes.

Enjoy!

Keep on hand:
Hain Safflower Mayonaise
Coconut milk (full fat - not reduced fat)
Truffle Salt (Selezione Tartufi 10%)
Garlic Salt
Cumin
Salt (Himalayan or Sea Salt)
Pepper

As always, I welcome your participation in the comments or via social media. Do you have a recipe you want to convert or a certain something your craving but can't find that healthy "free" option?

Ask me! I'd love to share or explore with you if I don't already have a solution!
