Personal Development Check-in

This morning I found myself contemplating how summer seems to get so busy, so quickly. Now with Memorial Day on the heels of our past, summer is in full swing for most of us.

What do you do on a regular basis that keeps you grounded, regular, or even sane? Do you take a daily walk, spend an hour to yourself in the morning before heading off to work, or tinker with your "toys" in the garage in the evening. What helps you to defrag' and recoup'? Simply knowing this about oneself can help prevent unproductive stress and even melt-down!
